Outstanding Air 20 and fantastic customer service!
After MUCH research I went for the ADO Air 20 and I’m so glad I did. I've had it a few weeks now and I enjoy every ride I have with it. It's light (for a foldable electric bike) it's nippy, well built, looks fantastic, lots of great features like the super bright display and integrated front light

The aftersales service has been fantastic in answering any questions I've had. I think this was an important factor for me in choosing this bike and I haven't been let down.

Good e-bike
Well. The bike is good itself. But came with broken seat and rear lamp from the supplier. Fortunately they reacted quickly and sent me the replacements. We are taking family rides and the Air20 is always with us in our camper van.

I love the design, and the use of a torque-sensor, belt drive, and hydraulic brakes.

Great delivery. Bike unboxing works well.

ADO c'est incroyablement parfait!
Je suis très satisfait de cet achat : arrivé dans les temps, emballage particulièrement soigné avec beaucoup de protection, et vélo qui fonctionne incroyablement bien. Le service après vente est particulièrement efficace, ils répondent rapidement aux questions, et vous rembourse rapidement en cas d'erreur. A l'heure des achats du bout du monde sur internet, je trouve que ADO se positionne très bien dans sa capacité à assurer une livraison rapide et de qualité.

Great Bike
Great bike, but please correct the size! The folded bike has a width of 40 cm and not 52 cm as shown in the official specs. A width of 40 cm would qualify the Air 20 for Austrian government support. No support for 52 cm is given! Thanks

Nothing I've really came close to what the ADO Air 20S offers at this price point.

Almost perfect
The Air 20 is a fun, fast, easy to assemble and fold bike. The workmanship and components are top notch. I ordered the blue international version but they were sold out, that should tell you how much this bike is loved! The company sent me an email giving me the option of ivory or grey. I went with ivory, and couldn’t be happier. As others have mentioned, including the magnetics and seat post lock with the bike would have made it perfect. I did order those separately, which I received 2 weeks after ordering (I live in the Northeast US) Still waiting on the rear luggage rack, but the tracking is up to par, so that should arrive soon. Thanks so much ADO for a superb experience!

Best cycling experience
I’ve read many reviews, pros and cons again and again to make the right decision. Thanks to all reviewers who were open and blunt.

This bike is no nonsense, has specs as mentioned and outperforms your expectations for the price. Amazing body feels premium, starting by with handles, it got a quality which feels good when holding, the brake clutches are firm and works well with the hydraulic brakes system. The drivetrain is smooth with maintenance free parts, got dirty? Wipe and ride again. Comes with a powerful 250w motor and a class battery pack along with torque sensor the assistance is perfect in almost all conditions, except steep hills, but it won’t stop you there!

The bike’s body and colors are so premium it draws eyes and attention, even evil ones!

If you’re a style person and love to ride, this bike has got it all, colors, features, usability, value, lightweight ( approx 17.5kgs as opposed to 200 kgs+ from others), awesome pedal assistance and a motor and drivetrain that is maintenance free, go for ADO Air 20.

UN OTTIMO PRODOTTO
Ho acquistato AIR 20 versione internazionale per poterla usare per andare al lavoro ed evitare il traffico. La bicicletta è davvero ben fatta, leggerissima molto bella esteticamente, ADO ha creato veramente un ottimo prodotto, sia dal punto di vista pratico che estetico, adoro il fatto che la batteria faccia parte dell’asta regolabile del sellino, questo fa si che le linee della bicicletta non cambiano rispetto a quello che sono le classiche bici. Il computer di bordo poi è davvero ben fatto, illuminazione molto forte e regolabile, si riesce sempre a vedere benissimo, inoltre molto ricco di impostazioni e dall’applicazione Android collegando la bici via Bluetooth ce ne sono ancora di più, oltre alla funzione di navigazione sul display che anche quella la trovo davvero una bella chicca! Unica nota negativa è che ad oggi non risulta possibile scaricare l’applicazione da IOS (perlomeno qui in Italia) spero risolviate.
Ho acquistato anche l’acceleratore e con quello la bici cambia completamente faccia, arrivando a velocità di 35 Km/h! Ottimo davvero! Super contento dell’acquisto.
(Ps. Ho gradito molto il gadget che mi avete regalato con l’acquisto dell’acceleratore) complimenti davvero, continuate così!

Perfect for the work commute
Super pleased with the bike. My commute averages at 20miles per week. I use the bike in hybrid mode for those windy days! Fab bike, looks great. Easily fits in the boot too!

Das Ado Air 20 ist ein sehr gut verarbeitetes Klapprad .Der Antrieb ist wirklich gut gelungen..
Schade das die praktischen Metallverschlüsse nicht serienmäßig sind.Musste ich mir leider nachbestellen.Das Rad kam sehr gut verpackt an Lieferung mehr als schnell..
Klare Kaufempfehlung!!! Un dieser Preisklasse gibt es nichts vergleichbares.

Es lässt sich gut klein machen und dann auch noch handel, auf beiden Räder schieben oder ziehen👍
Das Gesamtgewicht inkl. Akku ist sensationell nieder, kaum 17 kg👍
